32 Winds Sauvignon Blanc
The grapes for our Sauvignon Blanc are sourced from our friends and vineyard neighbors at West Wines adjacent to our Dry Creek Vineyard and Tasting room. Dry Creek produces some of the county’s best Sauvignon Blanc due to the diurnal nature of the valley’s cool, crisp mornings and warm, cloudless afternoons.
Aromas of Meyer lemon, green apple, white peach, and grapefruit lead into beautiful flavors of melon and kiwi on the mid-palate, and a hint of floral spice toward the finish. It is driven by its firm acidity and an interesting salinity that works to balance the ample fruit. The wine was fermented in 60% concrete and 40% neutral French Oak.
