We like to show off the floral qualities of this varietal, which is why we ferment and finish in stainless steel to preserve the fruit’s fragrance. This wine presents the distinct varietal characters of Pinot Grigio., like citrus and pineapple. The wine has a crisp and supple attack, the mid palate is fresh and flowing with a lean but present body. The finish is clean and refined. Mineral notes in the palate lead the way to flavors of melon and peach. It’s an elegant and delicate wine.
